Refund policy
All products need to be checked prior to using for defaults or imperfections. Once the product has been used it cannot be returned to us, and we can no longer exchange or replace if a default is found.
Any product issues need to be emailed to thebunnybazaar@gmail.com Include your order ID number and attach photos.
The Bunny Bazaar will accept back an item that is in its original unused condition, if the customer is not happy with the item. The customer will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the item (must be returned undamaged) and a store credit will be provided when it arrives back.
All goods sold by The Bunny Bazaar are guaranteed against defects for 48 hours from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact us to arrange return and replacement. If the item has been used, this voids this guarantee.
All of our products are packed with extra care and checked before sent if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect we need to be contacted within the 48 hours. The item must not be used and may need to be returned. The Bunny Bazaar may refund return postage costs at our own discretion after assessment.
Products can not be returned due to:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- A change of mind by the customer.
- Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.
